Daniel Week 25

Daniel absolutely loves bath time, it doesn't matter what mood he is in, it always puts a smile on his face. He knows what we mean when we say 'splash' and 'kick' because he responds with great enthusiasm. The clever boy has even worked out how to make a the lobster's bucket spin and he explodes with excitement everytime.

Daniel has become quite dextrous lately. He is good at picking things up and controlling them. His concentrating face is so cute. He has also discovered the delights of cause and effect and loves dropping things for me to pick up.

Daniel has become fascinated with his toes and his hands. We often find him lying on his back with his arm stretched out in front of him twirling his hand around and staring at it and whenever he has the chance he plays with his toes too.

Everyone always comments how good Daniel is at playing on his own. He is quite happy keeping himself busy with some toys, or anything he can get hold of, for a few minutes if he is in the mood and if he isn't and he wants company he lets you know all about it.

This is Henry, he is three months older than Daniel, which will be negligible in a years time. He is one of Daniel's friends-to-be because his parents are friends of ours. I can just imagine them roughing it up while their dads are watching rugby and their moms are drinking prosecco in the future.
