Delicious Monsters

One day we were faithfully watering our veggies - or monsters as we fondly call them now - and there they were, two courgettes, that grew into a couple of fine specimens in a matter of days. Nicholas was so excited and proud and had loads of fun preparing them on the braai. Needless to say they were delicious.
