The present

Here's a post about the present for a change. We spent a lovely afternoon with Megs and Ced at Fulham Palace. Living so far from home we don't often get to see family so we're always pleased when the opportunity arises. Hint hint ... come and visit!

We had a lazy day at home on friday with no nursery, no activities, no friends and no excursions. It was great having nowhere to rush to for a change. When I found Daniel on the table and Nicholas laughing at him I decided it was time for a long bike ride to burn off some energy before supper.

Our vegetable plants have grown into monsters and we're not sure what to do with them. There are lots of flowers to be seen but still no sign of the actual veggies. It's been two and a half months since we sowed the seeds. Is this normal? Can anyone give us some tips?

Last weekend's adventure involved going to the O2 to see the British Music Experience. Nicholas kept asking where the animals were and eventually we figured out that he thought it was a circus tent. We've never been to the circus before but we watched Dumbo recently. Shame, he was expecting flying elephants, all he got was some music. At least he added another London landmark to his list.
