Daniel has been enjoying the extra attention he has been getting from Oupa and Marlene for the past couple of weeks. It was great watching them get to know each other a little better. When they see each other again he will already be 6 months old.
Daniel loves playing around on our bed before and after his bath. When I undress him after his exercises he starts squealing and kicking because he knows it's bath time. The excitement continues in the water especially if he is accompanied by big brother Nicholas. And he loves his massage afterwards just as much. It's one of my favourite parts of the day with him.
Daniel already has very good and predictable sleep habits. Usually I just put him down on his tummy with his dummy and he falls asleep on his own. Obviously he must be well fed and tired otherwise things don't go quite according to plan. This is how I found him the other night when he was meant to be sleeping. Well fed but not tired results in a happy and playful baby.
Daniel also likes chilling in the tube especially if the telly is on.
Kids are very observant. The other day Nicholas said: "Mom, Danny also loves Daddy!".
