On Sunday we bid farewell to Shyam, Kailash and Ishvari. Shyam and Dad have been great friends for many years so it is sad to see them go. They're moving back to Gauteng where Shyam's going to resume his duties as an Android. We'll miss them here in London!
Last month we said good-bye to Charl, Debbie and Henry. We met them when we were in Oxford and became great friends with them over the last 5 years. Bravely they're in the process of buying a restaurant in Pretoria. Based on their dinner parties I have no doubt their new business venture will be a great success!
We're very envious of all our friends that have made the big decision to move back home. Having said that we are very comfortable in good ol' Blighty at the moment. It does leave me wondering if we'll ever return to our beloved South Africa!
