A couple of weeks ago Nicholas earned his 200m badge for swimming. He managed to do 200m of front crawl, backstroke and breaststroke. The rules are quite strict and he had to do it non-stop (ASA Rainbow Award). Gogo would be so proud of him!
At the end of every lesson the coach gives them the opportunity to jump off one of the three diving boards (1m, 3m and 5m). Nick is happily jumping off the 3m board on his own now!
Danny also does swimming by the way. He is really good for his age and everyone is always amazed by him. They don't seem to have badges and things for his age though which is a terrible shame. Maybe I should do something about it!
