Firestation

The other day Peques organised an outing to the Fire Station for the children. They said I could come along with Daniel if I liked. Besides being educational from a fire perspective it was so much fun for the kids. They got to ring the alarm, squirt water, 'drive' the engine, try on the firemen's clothes and they got a great demo of a real fireman's pole. As a follow-up they made a fire engine in the arts and craft activity back at the nursery!
